| This Salary Handbook contains the salary schedules applicable to Instructional, Non-instructional, Managerial and Professional/Technical personnel pursuant to the negotiated agreements with the representative unions and/or pay policies specified in School Board Rules. Regulations and policies contained herein are not intended to supplant or modify School Board Rules or contractual provisions between the School Board of Miami-Dade County and the representative bargaining units. |
IN ALL INSTANCES, THE AGREEMENTS AND PROVISIONS OF EACH BARGAINING UNIT CONTRACT AND CURRENT SCHOOL BOARD RULES WILL SUPERSEDE THE CONTENT OF THIS SALARY HANDBOOK. |
