INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Complete, sign, and
scan APPROVAL FORM (Cick on SPRING
in SPORT SEASON APPROVAL FORM)
2. Complete the PAYMENT
DATA ENTRY FILE (Click on SPRING in
PAYMENT DATA ENTRY FILE)
The data entry requires employee number,
4 digit school location number, and
coaching (3 digit) code. The
employee name, school name, coaching
sport and amount will automatically
populate on the data entry sheet.
MIDDLE SCHOOLS MUST ENTER SPORT NAME in
column F field.
3. The coaching codes
are listed online (Click on SPRING under
CODE LISTING from this page) or in the
PAYMENT DATA ENTRY FILE (2nd Tab
Coaching Codes).
3. Replace XXXX in filename
with your 4 digit work location number
when saving both the APPROVAL FORM and
PAYMENT DATA ENTRY FILE.
4. Email both files to
Compensation Administration at
SUPP@DADESCHOOLS.NET
